Custom Fees & Duty

You may have to pay customs fees upon receipt of your order. These fees are not included in our prices. For more details, please consult your local legislation. If the custom fees are not being paid within the time frame given by the local Custom Agency, the order should get returned to us but we are unable to process a refund until it have been received in our warehouse.

Returns are normally delivered to us within 4 working days after sending and then refunds processed within 1 - 3 working days. Refunds are only processed when the return arrives at the warehouse.

When returning the goods a full refund, including the cost of outgoing postage will be refunded.

If this method is not used we will not refund any postage costs you pay.
